Main Mission

The Systems Integrator will be responsible for: Ensuring the technical integration of various applications, services, and components within the information system; guaranteeing interoperability, data consistency, and seamless data flows between systems; participating in the implementation of integration architectures; overseeing the configuration, deployment, and validation of integrated solutions; collaborating closely with development, architecture, and operations teams; participating in testing, production release, and technical support phases; maintaining documentation and traceability for all integrations; and contributing to the continuous improvement of integration processes.

Responsibilities

1. Systems and Applications Integration

• Assemble and integrate various software components (applications, APIs, third-party services).

• Configure interfaces and data exchange flows between systems.

• Ensure environment compatibility and alignment across development, testing, and production stages.

• Participate in implementing integration architectures (ESB, API Gateway, microservices).

2. Data Flow Management and Interoperability

• Establish and maintain data flows using industry protocols (REST, SOAP, messaging systems).

• Ensure the quality, reliability, and security of data exchanges.

• Manage authentication and authorization mechanisms (SSO, OAuth2, JWT).

• Diagnose and troubleshoot interoperability and data sync issues.

3. Testing and Validation

• Execute integration and non-regression tests.

• Verify compliance of integrated solutions against technical and functional requirements.

• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation phases.

• Document test scenarios, scripts, and results.

4. Deployment and Technical Support

• Assist in deploying solutions into production environments.

• Provide technical support and handle incident resolution related to system integration.

• Document technical configurations, procedures, and integration architectures.

• Contribute to the continuous optimization of integration tools and workflows.

Required Skills

• Strong command of integration protocols and data standards (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).

• Good knowledge of integration architectures (API Gateway, ESB, microservices).

• Proficiency in API testing and development tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).

• Solid understanding of Linux systems and server environments.

• Proficiency in version control systems (Git).

• Practical knowledge of identity and security mechanisms (OAuth2, SAML, JWT).

• Sharp analytical, diagnostic, and complex problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to work within a team.

• Technical English (ability to read and comprehend technical documentation).

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (Licence / BAC+3) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in systems integration or software development.

• Proven track record in complex, multi-system environments.

• Hands-on experience with middleware/integration platforms (e.g., ESB, MuleSoft, WSO2) is a strong asset.

• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, ZenTao).

• Familiarity with Cloud infrastructure and DevOps environments is a plus.
